Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is required upfront via a PayPal invoice.
Refunds are not permitted once payment has been received.Commission Process
The artwork may take one to two weeks to finish, depending on its complexity and my schedule.
I will keep you updated on the progress, during which minor revisions can still be made. Major revisions will cost extra.The finished artwork will be sent as an attached file to the email address you provided.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.Private Commission
To keep commissioned artwork private, an additional fee of 30€ is required.
Please let me know at the start if you would like a private commission.For non-private commissions, I retain the rights to post and use the commissioned artwork for my social media pages and galleries.Commercial Rights and Usage
To acquire the rights to use the commissioned artwork commercially or for profit, an additional fee of 100€ is required.
Please let me know at the start if you wish to obtain these rights.Without commercial rights, the commissioned artwork is intended strictly for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes or profit.
